NEUROFEEDBACK IN CO
Rewire Your Brain so You Can Live, Not Cope.
We help you cool down before you burn out.
Conventional methods only get you so far…
You can’t seem to break through to feeling better.
Perhaps you haven’t had the best experiences with getting help. You’ve pushed through everything you could, and now you’ve hit a wall. Maybe talk therapy helped a little, but not enough. You can’t seem to break through to feeling better, get out of survival mode, and actually enjoy your life.
You know there’s got to be more.
You need something that works on the system behind the symptoms.
Beta Brain Performance Solutions provides neurofeedback and counseling services throughout Colorado.
We help you get out of survival mode and reconnect with your life. We guide you to think more clearly, feel less reactive, and live how you want to as you make your brain your ally, not your enemy.
You’re in the right place if…
You’re a first responder, firefighter, or frontline worker dealing with high stress and high pressure
A high-performing or pressure-filled role has you locked in sixth gear
You’ve got symptoms that rival a medication commercial, without any of the relief
You’re ready for an individualized approach that will provide lasting change and growth
“Since starting the neurofeedback program, the change has been truly remarkable. I'm now consistently sleeping between 5 to 8 hours each night. Not only is the quantity of my sleep improving, but the quality feels deeper and more restorative. I wake up feeling more rested and clear-headed than I have in years.”

YOUR CHOICE FOR NEUROFEEDBACK IN COLORADO
We get it! Life can feel like a never-ending fire drill. We’re real people, and we’ve been there too.
That’s why we started Beta Brain Performance Solutions. Because even with all the mental health training and tools, we found our brains getting in the way and holding us back. We knew there had to be a better way.
Neurofeedback works with the system behind the symptoms for lasting change and ongoing fulfillment.
Meet Gabriela Whitmer
Owner, Licensed Professional Counselor (CO), and Board-Certified in Neurofeedback, QEEG-Diplomate
Gabi, as our clients call her, was introduced to sport and performance psychology in high school and knew she wanted to work with athletes and high performers. The link between the mind and body became all too real when Gabi tore her ACL in her senior year, which had a significant impact on her mental health.
Throughout college, she played basketball while studying Psychology and learned firsthand the way performance and the brain work together (and of course, what happens when they’re not playing for the same team).
In grad school, Gabi knew there had to be more than traditional talk therapy and psychiatric methods of improving mental health. It was through her persistent curiosity and a deep desire to bring clients tools for lasting change that she discovered neurofeedback.
Sometimes we have the toolbox, but we lack the manual. And when that happens, your brain needs a different way so that it has more capacity to make better decisions.
Today, Gabi brings a practical and flexible approach to every client. She cares about what you’re going through and is alongside you as you navigate the challenges and celebrate the wins.
Gabi works with clients to provide:
EEG Analysis, Quantitative EEG Reports, and Neurofeedback Training
Counseling & EMDR
Mentorship and Supervision to clinicians and providers
Teaching and Coaching for organizations and teams
An enjoyable experience (with a side of dry humor) for everyone she works with!
Meet Josh Glick
Neurofeedback Technician, CO
Josh brings heart and high performance to everything he does. Whether helping clients regulate their nervous systems or coaching the next generation of ballplayers, he’s dedicated to helping you get back to who you are.
A former collegiate and professional baseball player, Josh studied Exercise & Sport Science and Psychology at Nova Southeastern University before earning his master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver.
He’s been with Beta Brain Performance Solutions for three years and is Board Certified in Neurofeedback (BCN).
What Josh loves most about neurofeedback is that it isn’t just one thing. It can be talk therapy, mindfulness, meditation, or simply a quiet moment to check in with yourself. At its core, it’s about awareness and intention. The forgotten pieces: How you sleep, how you feel, how your brain is doing, and how you’re showing up as a human being.
When he’s not at the clinic, Josh is probably still on a field somewhere, coaching or playing baseball. He also loves to cook, snowboard, read, catch a game, and wander a Farmer’s Market on a Sunday.
We’ve never met a brain we couldn’t help.
We’d be honored to help yours.
